Russell N. Boyce, Jr., 60, of Lancaster died Tuesday, August 12th at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster following a battle with cancer. Russell was born on August 27, 1942 in Norwood, MA the son of Russell and Ethel (Wagner) Boyce, Sr. He resided in Newport, Vermont for over 20 years and then moved to New Hampshire were he spent 7 years in North Stratford and his last year in Lancaster. He was a meat distributor in Massachusetts and Newport, Vermont for many years and for the past several years he owner and operated R. N. Boyce Computers in North Stratford. He was president of the Northwoods Future Millionaires, a Micro Credit Group. He was a member of the Androscoggin Valley Railroad Association. Russell was a train buff and loved the railroad including model trains. Family members include; two brothers, Richard Boyce of Whitman, MA and Robert Boyce of Brockton, MA; a companion, Drusilla "Dru" Ayers of Lancaster; and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held on August 31st in Lancaster. Please contact family members for details.
