Ruth R. Colby

Ruth R. Colby, 74, of Bedford died on February 5, 2002 at Ridgewood Nursing Home after a period of declining health. Mrs. Colby was born on April 16, 1927 in Windsor, Vermont, the daughter of the late Jack and Mary (Garcia) Roote. She was a parishioner of the St. Valley Methodist Church in Manchester. Mrs. Colby was a proud homemaker and mother. Family members include many children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Richard H. Colby in 1987. A private family service will be at a later date.
