Ruth Palmer O'Connor

Ruth Palmer O’Connor, 96, of Merrimack, New Hampshire, died on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 of natural causes.  She was born on December 5^th, 1926 and spent much of her life as a barber in the Boston area.  She married Joseph O’Connor later in life.  After retiring, she volunteered in local schools and designed jewelry, sharing her love for crafts and creative gifts with everyone she knew. She was a fiercely independent and creative woman with an inquiring mind.

She is survived by her grandchildren: Jim Sleeper, Larry Sleeper, Matthew Sleeper, and Amy Matcho; her 8 great-grandchildren: Brittany, Wesley, Ben, Anjie, Charlotte, Julia, Kayla and Ian.
