Sandra Tocci Millette, of Brattleboro, formerly of Leominster, MA, passed away peacefully, after battling cancer, on February 15th 2026, at her home in Brattleboro, surrounded by her family.
Sandy was born in Leominster, Massachusetts, to the late Amideo Tocci and the late Vera (DiMarzio) Tocci on April 14, 1941. She graduated from Leominster High School in 1959, and married Arthur Millette in 1960. She was a proud mother to her sons, Pastor Peter Millette (Karolyn Doe), and Pastor Ronald Millette (Kelly Bresnahan), grandmother to Kara (Ben) Leone, Robert Millette, Carly (David) LeBlanc, Bethany (Brian) Drewke, and Zoe Millette. She cherished and enjoyed her 10 great-grandchildren: Timothy, Daniel, Alice, Emily, Abigail, Hunter, Elias, Lucas, Felix, and Dexter.
Sandy worked for The United Fund and Green’s Drug Store, was a 13-year volunteer at Leominster Hospital, Mease Countryside Hospital, and the Center for Brain Injured Children in Fitchburg, MA. She was also a past member of Leominster Hospital Women’s Guild. She enjoyed golfing, boating, and cooking for family and friends. She and her husband Art had many wonderful moments in their timeless travels to many countries, including a cross-country tour of the USA in their motorhome. They especially loved their 17 years living in Florida, where Sandy was a member of the “Nifty Niners Golf Association” of Timber Greens.
Sandy was predeceased by her husband of 65 years Arthur, her parents, and her beloved brother Amideo Tocci Jr. She also leaves her sisters; Evelyn Mains, Emilda Sauvageau, Patricia Gardner, and her sister in law Patricia Tocci.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Calvary Chapel Southern Vermont, 6591 VT Route 30, West Townshend, at 11: am on March 13th, 2026, followed by a potluck reception.
There will also be a Celebration of Life at Monoosnock Country Club, 40 Monoosnock Ave, Leominster, MA, at 11: am on March 20th, 2026.
