Sarah Michelle Adinolfi, 37, of Manchester passed away unexpectedly at her home on January 14, 2021.
Born on May 7th, 1983 she was the daughter of Victor & Louise (Boisvert) Adinolfi of Manchester, NH.
She was born and raised in Manchester, NH and attended local schools, graduating from Memorial High School, Class of 2001.
Growing up, she trained and competed for many years as a figure skater and was a member of the Southern NH Skating Club and other MA based clubs.
After graduation, she was employed as a Certified LNA for many local health and home care agencies. She was one of a kind, compassionate and nurturing to her many patients. She enjoyed interior decorating, fashion, shopping, caring for her two cats and most loved to spend time with the love of her life, her son Matteo Louis Jimenez and her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was taken too soon and will be our angel forever in our hearts.
She is survived by her son Matteo Louis Jimenez; parents Victor and Louise Adinolfi; brother Tony; niece Ava; maternal grandmother Lucienne Boisvert; uncle Michael Boisvert; paternal aunt and uncle Laura and Edward Skaradosky; and cousins Leah Cram and James Skaradosky. She also leaves behind her partner Scott Vaillancourt and their two cats. She was predeceased by her infant angel daughter April Destiny Adinolfi; paternal grandparents Mario and Carmella Adinolfi; and maternal grandfather Herve Boisvert.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no services.
Graveside services will be determined at a later date on a beautiful summer day at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH.
