Sarah Chapman

Sarah Ann (McRae) Chapman, 68, of Goffstown, passed away Tuesday May 10, 2016 at home in Goffstown with her loved ones by her side. She was born on May 20, 1947 in Gloucester, MA, the daughter of Harry McRae and Florence McRae (Soriven). She wed Ronald Chapman on October 12, 1968 and was his loving wife for nearly 48 years.
Sarah was a graduate of Gloucester High School and also attended the Salem School of Nursing. She worked in nursing at Addison Gilbert Hospital before moving on to become an executive assistant and part time officer with the Raymond Police Department.
She is survived by her husband Ronald, her children Pete, Matt and Sarah, along with several grandchildren whom she loved very much.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire located at 243 Hanover Street in Manchester, NH, on May 13 from 5-7pm. Family and friends are invited to attend.
