Sharon L.
Giannakas
Jul 24, 1965 — Jul 15, 2026
Lowell
With profound sadness and immeasurable love, we celebrate the life of Sharon Louise Giannakas (Belladue) of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 15, 2026. Born in Boston on July 24, 1965, Sharon was raised in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where her story began and many of her lifelong memories were made.
Sharon was a woman of unwavering faith whose strength carried her through life’s greatest joys and most difficult challenges. Her resilience inspired everyone who knew her, and she faced every chapter of her life—including her final one—with courage, grace, and an unshakable trust in God. Even during life’s hardest moments, she remained a source of comfort, hope, and unconditional love to those around her.
Above all else, Sharon’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother and a proud grandmother whose love knew no bounds. To her grandchildren, she was lovingly known as
“Nunna,” a role she treasured deeply. Nothing brought her greater happiness than being surrounded by her family, and the love she gave them will remain one of her greatest legacies.
Her kindness, generosity, and compassionate heart touched the lives of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a remarkable way of making others feel seen, loved, and welcomed, and her selfless spirit will never be forgotten.
Sharon leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, resilience, and compassion that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. While her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace, embraced by God’s eternal love.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her loving children, cherished grandchildren, extended family, and all whose lives she touched.
Services honoring Sharon’s life were held privately. The family is grateful for the love, prayers, and support received during this difficult time.
