Shavon Beatrice Baker 45, died August 25, 2026 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon NH.

Shavon was born on November 14, 1980 at Gifford Medical Center Randolph, VT, the daughter of Donna Mae Baker. She was a graduate of Northfield Jr./Sr. High School, Class of 1999. She attended Norwich University and later graduated from Vermont Technical Center in 2003 with a degree in Nursing. Shavon continued her education throughout her career in nursing and healthcare.

Shavon was a Home Healthcare Provider, and had also worked at Mayo Nursing Home. For seven years she lovingly cared for her Mother Donna as her home healthcare nurse and caregiver. After the passing of her mother Shavon opened her home to provide care for several people with varying disabilities.

Shavon had a love for animals, especially her beloved fur babies Webster and Lily. She was an avid Hockey fan, and proudly held season tickets for the Norwich University Men’s Hockey team where she faithfully cheered them on. She was also a devoted Boston Bruins fan and made it a point to be in the stands at least once a year. Shavon had a love of live music attending several concerts a year with friends and family. She loved her garden, caring for plants, cooking and baking. One of her favorite traditions was going to Maine to spend time at the beach and ocean.

Most importantly, Shavon was a shoulder and ear for family and friends. Whether someone needed advice, encouragement or an outlet for venting she was always there. She touched the lives of many people and was loved in return for her kindness, compassion and generous heart.

She is survived by her brother Shawn Baker his wife Rebecca and 2 nieces Phoebe and Olivia of Concord, NH. Her Partner Christian Keating of Northfield, VT. Her sister in spirit (cousin by relation) Judy Sayers. As well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
