Sheila Ann Dorman passed into the waiting arms of her Lord, parents and grandparents on June 6, 2023. Sheila was born following a very difficult birth on December 26, 1950. Her life was filled with love which she gave back to everyone she knew.
Her mother and father, Barbara and Kenneth Dorman and grandmother, Marion Austin Gilman guided Sheila through many challenges. She graduated from Franklin High School Special Education Program.
Sheila had one sister, Betty Constant, one nephew, Kenny and one niece, Sera. Later in life, Sheila moved into independent living and spent more than 20 years in Concord, New Hampshire. She received excellent assistance from Community – Bridges and Work Opportunities. When Sheila did something, she did it right, evidenced by her many years of perfect attendance at church and work.
Sheila played hard and enjoyed watching and listening to Kenny Rogers and Family Feud. She spent her summers attending Camp Fatama Summer Camp and family reunions at her namesake “Camp Sheila”.
