Shirley A. Nocky

Shirley A. Nocky, 68, of 689 Old Waterford Road in Littleton died on July 5, 2002 at Littleton Regional Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. Mrs. Nocky was born on June 14, 1934 in Berlin, NH the daughter of the late George and Constance (Brungot) Martin. She grew up in Groveton and was very active in 4H as a teenager. She later moved to Littleton and met and married her husband, Donald M. Nocky. Before becoming a homemaker and raising her family, Shirley worked for the Littleton Currier and for a local bank in Littleton. She loved to cook and was an avid cribbage player. She leaves behind her husband of 45 years; one son, Michael Nocky of Franconia, NH and one daughter, Shelly Breen of Landaff, NH. There will be no calling hours and a memorial service will take place in mid July. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the NH Cancer Society, 360 Route 101, Unit 501, Bedford, NH 03110 or to Cancer Research.
