Shirley L. Wheeler

Shirley Lois Wheeler, 71 of Bow, NH passed away September 2, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born in Plymouth NH, on October 16, 1949. Daughter of late Calvin Magoon and Betty Magoon. Predeceased by sister Deborah Kelly. Shirley was a 46 year resident of Bow, NH. She graduated from Weare High School in 1967 and was salutatorian of her class.

Shirley worked 17 years at the Chandler shop in Concord, NH. She was an avid camper and lake lover. Shirley liked doing puzzles, baking and cooking Sunday dinners for her family. She was known for her pies at every holiday. Christmas was her favorite time of year. Going on vacation with her sisters and mother was something she always looked forward to. Family was number one to her and she was loved by all who knew her.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 52 years Cyrus C. Wheeler III of Bow, NH. Her Daughter Angela Bemis and husband Carroll Bemis of Pembroke, NH. Son Cyrus C. Wheeler IV and wife Elyssa Wheeler of Weare, NH. Grandchildren Scott Bernard and Alexys Wheeler. Sisters Beverly Chase of Bow, NH, Doris Garnett of Concord NH, Sherry Bovee of Concord, NH. Brothers Calvin Magoon of Concord, NH and George Magoon of Rhode Island. Many nieces, nephews and cousin. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire has been entrusted with arrangements.
