Spencer W. Perkins

Spencer W. Perkins III – Age 58 Died May 25th at Concord Hospice House after battling a long illness with cancer. While he was born in Gloucester, MA. he was raised and educated in Rockport, MA, and was a graduate of Rockport High School Class of 1965. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict and was honorably discharged. He had worked in the greater Boston area for many years. He has been a resident of Francestown, NH for many years, and had worked at Gary’s RV Center in Chichester prior to retiring in 2001. He enjoyed spending time on Crotched Mtn. And had been the manager of the East Side at Crotched Mtn. Condo Association. He is pre-deceased by his parents: Spencer W. Perkins Jr., and Winifred Dewsnap, and his sister Louise F. Frithsen. He is survived by his sisters: Barbara J. Glinsky of Stratford, CT and Marjorie E. Johnson and her husband William of Rockport, MA. Special friends: Carolyn and David Tripp of Bennington, NH. And several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to: CRVNA/Hospice House PO Box 1797 Concord, NH 03301 Friends and family members are invited to a memorial service on Thursday June 2, 2005 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Rockport, MA. Committal services will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery, also in Rockport. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of the arrangements.
