Stephen J. Nevins – Merrimack, NH Age 92 of Merrimack, died on Saturday December 24th at his home, surrounded by his family. He was assisted in his final days by the Hospice of Merrimack, NH. Mr. Nevins was born December 26, 1912 in Lawrence, MA the son of Stanislaus and Antonia (Bilewicz) Navoroich. He was married to Elizabeth (Dwyer) Nevins, who died in 1989. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his son Richard Nevins, a sister Anna and brother Charles. Mr. Nevins was a generous and thoughtful man who loved his family above all else. He was a hard working man who never turned away a person in need. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and tending his garden. He also enjoyed frequent get-togethers with his extended family. Survivors include 4 daughters and son-in-laws, Joyce and Marvin MacIntyre of Nashua, Patricia and Scott Robinson of Marlboro, Cynthia and Ron Chapdelain of Londonderry, Cathy and Chris Skirky of Weare; 3 sons and a daughter-in-law, Russ and Anita Vasser of Nashua, Mike Vasser and John Burke both of Merrimack, beloved nieces and nephews Helen, Sonja, Patrick, Paul, Russ, Emily, Selena, Shane, Shawn, Coty, Chris, Lacy, Leah, Cassie and Tyler. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Thursday December 29th at 11:00AM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire 243 Hanover Street Manchester.
