Steven Lawrence Mignogna

Steven Lawrence Mignogna, 95, died July 17, 2025 in Goffstown, NH. He was born on March 3, 1930 in Camden, NJ, the son of Bernardo Mignogna and Anna (Capelli) Mignogna. He was the husband of Marva Kay (Lyons). They were married December 28, 1958 in Edina, MO. Steven attended Woodrow Wilson High School and Philadelphia Wireless Institute and Radio Electronics Institute. He enlisted in the US Army for 4 years in the Tank Division and served during the Korean War.

He worked at Burroughs Corp and Philco which brought his family to the NH area. He worked at the New Boston Tracking Station, Field Manager for Gerber Scientific, CT and also owned several restaurants, a sailboat store and a wine and cheese shop.

Steven was the proud father of 4 children: Scott Mignogna and his wife Kim; Stephanie Lambert and her partner Mark Regnier; Andrea Sullivan and her partner Kevin Misiaszek; Verna Wyche and her husband Mario.

He has 8 grandchildren : Robert and Michael Mignogna, Jesse and Brandon Lambert, Steven Sullivan, Michelle Palmer, and Erik Palmer (deceased) Alex LaCortiglia, and their respective spouses and partners; 12 great grandchildren: Nicholas, Ryan, Alexander, Ryan, Drew, Alexis, Xander, Ava, Gabrial, Joey, Gage, and Parly.

Hobbies included golf, sailing, fishing, visits at the casino, and really enjoyed boxing.

Steve also has sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, cousins from NJ, nieces and nephews that visited the Mignogna family over the years which always resulted in laughter, and lots of Italian food!

The Mignogna family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, nurses, and all professional help at the VA and CMC Heart Center. A special thank you to Amedisys hospice, all the nurses, social worker, and the chaplain who gave him special care at home during his last days.

Interment will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, August 8, 2025 at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.

Family and friends are invited to attend.

A Celebration of Life following the service will take place in Pembroke, NH.
