Susan (Susie) Facteau, 67 of Concord, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on March 6,2025. Susie was born in Nashua, NH, to Maryellen and Wendell Facteau, and grew up with four siblings.
Susie was a light on a dark day. She was always smiling and enjoyed laughing with her friends. Susie was a woman of faith, and regularly attended services at Epsom Bible Church, where she met many friends and enjoyed going to the Church picnic every year. Susie loved music and singing, especially country music, and she even learned how to play the guitar. She loved listening to audiobooks that she would regularly take out from the library with her good friend and housemate. She also enjoyed thrift shopping for new outfits and CDs. Susie had her beloved bird named Betty, and would meow like a cat any chance she could.
Susie enjoyed giving back to the community by regularly giving to her church, volunteering for many non-profit events, and donating when she could.
She loved her housemates and the caregivers at Community Choices, and was very appreciative of the life she had. Susie never let her disabilities stop her from enjoy life every day. She is really going to be missed by so many. Anyone who had Susie in their life was very blessed.
Susie is predeceased by her parents; MaryEllen Hawkins and Wendell Facteau; as well has her sisters Heather Hock and Christine Patrick; and her brother Charles Facteau.
She is survived by her sister Dawn Whitman, as well as other family and friends.
