Susan Judith Miller

Susan Judith Miller, 77, of Hooksett, passed away on March 15, 2022 from complications of a sudden illness, at Concord Hospital in Concord. She was born on October 7, 1944 in Lancaster, NH, daughter of the late James and Constance (Bushey) Wray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James C. Miller.

Susan worked for many years as a Nursing Assistant at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Manchester.

Some hobbies that she enjoyed included painting ceramics and collecting pieces for her Christmas villages that she loved to display during the holidays. She was a den mother for the Cub Scouts in Manchester, NH as well as when she lived in Salisbury, NC. Church was also important part of her life, having participated in many ways including leading bible studies.

She is survived by a sister, Priscilla Wray of Corpus Christi, TX; two sons, Howard Miller of Hopkinton, his wife, Stephanie Miller, two Granddaughters, Gillian and Shelby Miller, and Michael Kevin Miller of Hooksett and his wife Cyndy Miller.

SERVICES: A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, April 2nd at the Hooksett Christian Fellowship located at 290 West River Road’ Hooksett, NH 03106.
