Suzanne Helen (Bedard) Stairs, age 74, passed away Friday December 20, 2024, from a declining illness at her residence in Manchester, NH formally from Lowell, MA. She was born on December 15, 1950, in Lowell, MA, the daughter of the late Clifford Bedard and Marcellle (Renaud) Bedard. 

Suzanne attended St. Peters elementary school, Butler middle school and Lowell high school. She had worked for many years as a home health aide. When she wasn't working, she was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved crocheting, knitting, playing cards, playing games on her phone, and soap operas. She loved doing crossword puzzles and reading the Lowell Sun newspaper every day. She was a big fan of Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton and Elvis. She also loved watching Family Feud, drinking Pepsi, and cooking. She was a big fan of WWE. She was known by a few as Sue, but she was known by most as Mema. She was a kindhearted woman who would do anything for anyone no matter what it was, and loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved taking care of her special little girl Maliah Duran. She was that person that you couldn’t help but fall in love with once you knew her. She was loved by everyone and she will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. 

In addition to her parents, Suzanne was predeceased by her Daughter Kimberly Stairs, Granddaughter Michaela Gonzalez, Sister Yvonne McKinnon, Brother Roger Bedard.

Suzanne is survived by her Son Jesse Stairs and Wife Rickelle of Nashua, NH, Daughter Elaine Stairs from Manchester, NH Who she lived with, her Daughter Christine (Stairs) Rutina and Husband Jamie from Nashua, NH. Sister Jacqueline Morales of Lowell, MA, Brother Robert Bedard of Lowell, MA, her 6 Grandchildren Joseph Rutina, Nikkie (Gonzalez) Ewiss, Eric Rutina, Angel Gonzalez, and fiancé Alexus Soeng, Matthew Rutina, Madilyn Stairs, Her 7 Great Grandchildren Zayleana Murphy, Izabel Duran, Kaison Murphy, Asilynn Gonzalez, Melvin Duran, Anayalis Duran, Adalaine Gonzalez, and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and her special pet cat and best friend Smokey. 

SERVICES: Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care at The Elliot, 1 Elliot Way, Manchester, NH 03103.

 A Celebration of Life will take place at a later time. The family will reach out once a date has been made.
