Tammy Keniston, 60, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth after a valiant battle against Triple Negative breast cancer of nearly two years.

Valedictorian of the class of 1983 at Linwood High School in Lincoln, NH, Tammy went on to obtain a BA in Psychology from UNH in 1987 and continued her studies at NH Technical Institute in Concord, NH prior to obtaining her RN. She was employed as a registered nurse at both Littleton Regional Hospital and Speare Memorial Hospital. She volunteered with Linwood Ambulance Services and also taught CPR classes.

Despite those accomplishments Tammy always felt that her greatest accomplishment was her daughter, Marjorie.

At her best, there was no better mother, daughter, nurse or friend.

Tammy was born April 15, 1965, in West Stewartstown, NH and had been a resident of Woodstock since 1971.

Tammy is survived by her daughter, Marjorie, her mother, Pat, and 3 brothers, Tim, Theron and Ed.

She was predeceased by her father, Danny, and by three very close friends.

Services will be held at the Pemi Valley Church, 1091 Daniel Webster Highway, Woodstock, NH on Saturday November 15, 2025, at 11 am.

A reception will follow immediately after the service downstairs in the Church vestry.

Tammy will be interred with her father in Blair Cemetery in Campton, NH at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to breast cancer research at TNBC Foundation PO Box 204, Norwood, NJ 07648 or to nursing scholarships through Granite Edvance or the NH Charitable Foundation.
