Teresa A. Citak

Terry passed away today at home after battling a long illness. Terry is survived by her spouse of 16 years, Bonnie Bean; Mother, Carol Citak (Sharkey); Father, Paul V Citak; Brother, Paul Citak; and Sister, Shyla Edwards; so many nieces and nephews; Along with great nieces and great nephew. She will always be remembered as a woman who always had a smile and fun to be around, a woman who has battled a lot in her life and proven that no matter what you can make it.

She will be missed by lot of family and great friends that she has met along the way.

In lieu of a service there will be a Celebration of life this summer. In lieu of flowers and card, please donate to Conerstone VNA of Rochester, NH in her behalf of Terry. They have been a lifeline through all of this.
