Teresa A. Villemure

Teresa Ann (Whitburn) Villemure, 74, passed away at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH on Sunday June 2, 2024. She spent her last week resting peacefully in the company of family and friends after battling cancer for over a year.

She was born June 21, 1949, in San Francisco, California to the late Robert and Eleanor (Kittleson) Whitburn and is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Villemure.

She received her B.A. from Sonoma State College and a Masters from the University of Rhode Island. She spread her joy of reading as the librarian at West High School for nearly two decades. Terry loved to spend time with her dog, Mickey, and pursuing crafts socially where she could spread her stubborn good cheer to everyone she met.

Terry will be forever remembered by her brother Mark Whitburn, daughter Jen Czysz and her husband Aaron, daughter Lisa Spitz and her husband Ayal, son Craig Villemure, and grandchildren Elijah Czysz, Aviv Spitz, and Maya Spitz.

There will be a family-friendly book swap as a celebration of her life on Saturday, June 8th, 2024 from 1:00-3:00 pm. Join us in the Gallery at The Venues at The Factory 252 Willow St, Manchester, NH 03103. All remaining books from the swap will be donated to Families in Transition.
