Theresa Alice Loiselle

Theresa Alice Loiselle passed quietly on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Carlyle Place Assisted Living in Bedford NH. She was born on February 27, 1928, in Lowell, MA. to Alice and Theophile Gregoire. On November 26, 1949, she married Charles Emile Loiselle Jr. in Lowell, MA.

Theresa was extremely talented in all areas. She played the piano on many stages, restaurants, and retirement homes, but most importantly, with family. She was a seamstress, artist, master gardener, belly dancer, runner, tennis champion, swimmer, skier, and all-around athlete. She made wedding gowns, Christening outfits, doll clothes and tailored outfits, which she continued to do until September of 2024. Theresa loved life and making others feel good. Her favorite color, yellow, was incorporated into everything. She was always up to date on the latest fashions and looked her best. Theresa worked for the several companies as a bookkeeper in her younger years. However, what she loved the most was loving “Chuck” and being the mother of eight awesome children. 

She is survived by four sons, Mark, Roderick and wife Becky, Alan and wife Cathy, and Charles and his wife Jocelyn; daughters Denise, Suzanne and husband Joe, and Alicia and her husband Jim. She had sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughter, Anne P. Peters, and her husband, Charles E. Loiselle Jr. 

Assisting the family with arrangements is the Cremation Society of NH, Boscawen. There will be a short ceremony at Boscawen Veterans Cemetery located at 110 Danielle Webster Highway on Friday January 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Following the ceremony there will be a gathering of family and friends at the Loiselle family home at 11:30 am. Please contact Daughter Alicia if you will be attending.
