Thomas J. Donahue

Thomas Joaquin Donahue, fondly known as "Big Tom", 81, of Hudson, NH passed peacefully at Community Hospice House Merrimack, NH on May 8, 2025.

Tom was born June 23,1943 to the late John Thomas Donahue and Mary (Miranda) Donahue, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a young child, Tom was a avid listener of Old Time Radio Theater, which sparked a desire within him to perform in his own showmanship. Tom had musical talent and enjoyed entertaining his family and friends and even at times on the street corner with great enthusiasm by singing and dancing and frequently drawing a crowd.

Tom leaves behind, and will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary (Cote), the love of his life, his bride of 46 years and 9 months. They would have celebrated 47 years of marriage on August 4th of this year. He is also survived by his son, Thomas Richard and his wife Angela (Nagle) Donahue and their children Kaylie, Alex and Ryan Donahue, which was one of Tom's greatest happiness and theirs when they were given a "Grandpa's Hug." Tom also leaves his brother, John A. and Carolyn (Hyatt) Donahue of Wilmington, Massachusetts, along with several nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law, Maureen F. Avery and Francis Avery.

Tom was a long time employee of Hadco Company of Hudson, N. H. and retired in 2002.
