Thomas Richard Martel, age 50, died peacefully in the arms of his fiancé on November 5th, 2019 at their home in Manchester, NH after a courageous battle with an illness that pneumonia overtook.

Thomas was born on February 13th, 1969 in Manchester, NH to Lucienne and Roland Martel. He graduated from Manchester Memorial High School, and later worked as a machine operator at Felton Incorporated in Londonderry NH. Thomas was happily engaged to Mickey Greenough who was his partner in life for almost 3 years and a friend for 42 years at the time of his passing.

Thomas is survived by his fiancé Michelle (Mickey) Greenough, 2 sons Joshua & Joseph Martel, step daughter Danielle (Danie) Newton, stepson Lee Greenough, his cat Piglet, brother Steve Martel and his wife Michelle, and his best friend Troy Depalmenary.

In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Thomas had a passion for nature, hiking, the mountains and nature walks. He was very creative in both body and mind; creating poems and crafting projects with wood and yarn. Thomas was known for his sarcasm, whit and caring personality. More than anything, Thomas loved spending time with his Fiancé "Mickey" and his two boys Josh and Joey. He touched so many lives with his generosity and passion for life.
