Timothy J. Langlais, 64 of Concord, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2022. He was comforted in his last hours by his dear friend of many years Carol Breault and sister Mary Baldwin.
Timothy was born in Concord, NH on March 26, 1958 to Frederick and Virginia (Byrne) Langlais. Throughout his younger years, Tim enjoyed sports but found his true passion was writing. He attended St. Anslem’s College, and received his Associate’s Degree in Business from NH Technical Institute.
Timothy worked as a freelance journalist, and often contributed to the Concord Monitor through Letters to the Editor. Throughout his life, he found solace and friendship through writing. His active mind was put to ease by putting pen to paper. His family would like to thank Kim Muesser, Poet Laureate Donald Hall, Steven Cloutier, Charles Stepanek, and Sister Louise for their years of unwavering support and friendship through letters shared with Timothy.
Timothy is predeceased by his parents Frederick Langlais and Virginia (Byrne) Langlais, and his brother Larrry Langlais. He is survived by his sister Donna Langlais and her husband William Wilmoth of North Carolina; sister Mary Baldwin and husband Harold Baldwin; sister-in-law Ellen Langlais; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Riverbend Community Mental Health and Merrimack County Nursing Home for the care and support Timothy received.
A Committal Service will be held on October 21, 2022 at 11am at the Penacook Calvary Cemetery, Village St, Penacook NH.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cremation Society of New Hampshire.
