Tobby Shannon Publicover, 28, of 32 Hall Street, Concord, died March 30, 2002 at his residence. He was born in Concord on September 30, 1973, the son of the late Claud W. Squires and Valerie (Bennett) Ham of Weare, and had been a Manchester resident for many years before moving back to Concord ten years ago. He had been employed by Builders Insulation in Auburn for the past eight years. Tobby was loved by his many family members and friends and will be greatly missed by all. Family members, in addition to his mother, include his stepfather, James C. Ham III of Weare; his maternal grandparents, Roland and Constance (Clark) Witham of Pittsfield; two sisters, Erica Publicover of Concord and Justine Publicover of Manchester; one stepsister, Doris Cuevas of Manchester; three stepbrothers, Mathew Ham of Concord, Donald Emerson of Allenstown and Joseph Emerson of Manchester; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester on Wednesday evening from 5 to 6 PM with the memorial service to follow at 6:00 PM in the Cremation Society chapel.
