Todd P. Cheesman, 48, a resident of Concord, NH, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 29 at Hospice House in Concord, NH after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Susan (Therriault) Cheesman and his daughter Sarah. He is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Davis, of Philadelphia, PA; his father Mark Cheesman and his wife Theresa of Vineland, NJ; his stepfather Frank Marden and his wife Jessie of Vero Beach, FL; several aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends, who will greatly miss him.
He graduated from Dickinson College and received his Law Degree from Widener University School of Law.
Todd was an adjunct professor at the Massachusetts School of Law. He was particularly interested in the interaction between technology and the law. This inspired him to create and teach his own on-line courses in this area. Todd's gift and passion for teaching
extended to his leading a Friday-night Bible Study.
He loved photography and cooking. He particularly cherished taking pictures of his daughter Sarah and cooking with her.
The family wishes to thank Faith Community Bible Church along with countless friends and family for their continuous prayers, love, and support.
Visiting hours will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, September 2nd at The Cremation Society of NH, 172 King Street in Boscawen, NH. A celebration of Todd's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Faith Community Bible Church, 344 North Village Rd., Loudon, NH. For those who desire, in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Todd's memory to Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, 240 Pleasant St, Concord NH 03301, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston MA 02215 or Concord Christian Academy, 37 Regional Dr., Concord NH 03301.
