Tracy Lee Clarke, 60, of Hooksett, passed away August 16th, 2019 with her best friend, big sister and children by her side.
Tracy, Daughter of the late Janice and John Patterson, is survived by her two children, John M Bocci Jr and daughter Fallyn L Sapounas, both of Pembroke NH. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren, Rhea Bocci, Tia Bocci, Dominick Sapounas and Alex Sapounas. Tracy had two sisters, Robin Knowlton of Woburn, MA, Margaret Sirignano of Whitman MA, and one brother Lee Patterson of Malden, MA. She leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
During Tracy's life she enjoyed antiquing, shopping for clothes, and watching terrible tv shows such as Ghost Hunters and Housewives. She loved classic rock music, but most dear to her heart was Aerosmith. Tracy also loved animals, she rescued many dogs in throughout her life, she had a special affection for basset hounds.
Tracy had many friends that she was close to and stuck by her side even through her hardest days. Cindy and Charlie Michelson took care of Tracy during her fast decline in health. They gave Tracy a beautiful place to live out her remaining days comfortably and surrounded by beautiful flowers and scenery. Tracy loved sitting on the deck in the evening. They provided around the clock care to Tracy, and her family is eternally grateful for their sacrifice, love and care they showed during her greatest time of need. Tracy will miss hanging out with her dear friend, Brian Russell. Brian spent time with Tracy every day and was a consistent companion, even on her toughest days. Brian was a good friend, and she was grateful to have him by her side until the end.
Tracy will be remembered for her unique fashion sense, sarcastic tone, and her great sense of humor. She was loyal, caring, and generous to those she was close to. She was fun to be around and enjoyed laughing with her friends and family.
Her family will host a celebration of life at Kitty's Located at 123 Main St North Reading, MA from 12-4 pm on September 28th, 2019.
