Vijaya Kumara Durgampudi

Vijaya Durgampudi, 64, has passed away peacefully on the evening of May 22, 2014. He lost his battle with cancer, but that was the only fight he lost in his exemplary life. He was the first in his family to get a college degree, travel the world and make immeasurable sacrifices to provide three generations of his family with a standard of life he never had growing up.

He is an inspiration, a visionary and an educator to all who met him. A positive, gentle and generous man, he will be missed and remembered by everyone who had the privilege of being touched by him. Vijaya is survived by his wife Bhagi, son Kali, daughter Dhara and their spouses and children.

His Services will be held at the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00PM.
