Vincent Eric Giuliano

Vincent E. Giuliano, 80,  of Hooksett, NH passed away quietly at home on September 14, 2022 surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer.  Born January 21, 1942 to Concetto and Elsa (Larson) Giuliano of Reading, MA, Vinnie was a proud New Englander for the entirety of his life.

Whether you knew him as Vinnie, Vincent, Vin, Dad, or Grampy, you certainly knew him for his giving nature, he lived each day by his personal credo of “family first” and if you were a friend, you were family to him.  

A true people person, he was happiest when sharing stories with friends new and old, a characteristic that served him well throughout his days as a barber and later selling safety supplies.  Beyond his genuine love of people, Vinnie also had a passion for many hobbies from  his early days as a car guy cruising the streets of Reading and Rte. 1 (preferably in a Ford, of course) to his interests in cooking, gardening, all things New England sports and of course the constant companionship of his rescued dogs.  All of these interests paled in comparison though to his truest love, his grandchildren.  Anyone who met Vinnie was most certainly regaled with a few prideful boasts of his grandchildren, nothing made him happier or prouder than to share a story of Anders (15) & Calla (13) Giuliano of Melrose, MA or Lincoln (10) & Nolan (8) Otte of Whitefish, MT.  In addition to his grandchildren, Vinnie is survived by son Eric and his wife Amy of Melrose, daughter Meg and her husband Craig of Whitefish as well as his sister Janet.  Vinnie is predeceased by his wife Martha (Frazier), and sister Betty.

At Vinnie’s request, the funeral will be private, but the family intends to have a celebration of his life at a future time.  Vinnie had many friends and shared many adventures, if you would like to share any special stories, photos, or be alerted once the celebration has been organized, please reach out to CelebratingVinnie@gmail.com and his family will contact you with arrangements.
