Virginia Ginny Fastnacht

Virginia ''Ginny'' Fastnacht, 73, of Freedom died on August 14, 2002 at Community Living for the Elderly in Tamworth after a brief bout with cancer. Mrs. Fastnacht was born on February 26, 1929 in Buffalo, New York the daughter of the late Lealand and Veronica (Grace) Henderson. She retired from Memorial Hospital in North Conway where she worked in the emergency room admitting department for five years. She was also an AVON representative serving the Carroll County area for eight years. She enjoyed reading and sitting on her porch. Family members include; her husband of 42 years, Kurt Fastnacht; one son, Leland Fastnacht of Salem, NH; one daughter, Cynthia Chase of Dover, NH; seven grandchildren; a brother, Richard Henderson of Hamburg, NY; one niece; and one nephew. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to VNA-Hospice of Southern Carroll County, Post Office Box 1620, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
