Virginia Ruth Welch

Our beloved mother and grandmother passed peacefully at the age of 89 on February 24, 2022, in Brattleboro, VT.  She was born in Brattleboro where she met and married Charlie, who passed in 1975.  They raised and loved 4 children: Charlie, Sharon (Rick), Robin and Diana (Jeff). She loved visiting Florida to enjoy her two grandchildren, Connor and Devon, and spending time at Disney World and the beaches. In later years she met the love of her life, Bob, with whom she shared several years of joy prior to his passing in 2018.  During her lifetime, she also enjoyed archery, bowling and shopping at outlet malls. We will dearly miss her beautiful smile.  There will be no wake.  A Memorial Service and burial is planned for the spring. The Cremation Society has been entrusted with arrangements.
