Vivian June Ritchie-Ferris, 74, of Brattleboro passed away on June 28th at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH after a lengthy battle of poor health. She was born on November 13, 1946 in Keene, NH to the Robert and Gertrude Putnam.
Vivian grew up and was educated through the Alstead, NH school system. She married her husband James Ferris on December 31, 1995.
In her free time, she loved horses and watching horse racing, gardening in her yard, reading a good book, and enjoyed playing computer games.
She was predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by her beloved husband James Ferris; their children James, Daniele, Jennifer, Colleen and Tara; brother Bobby Putnam; and sister Nancy Crawford; as well as several grand and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
