Walter F. Buswell

Walter F. ''Butch'' Buswell, 63, of 25 Pine Meadow Drive, North Berwick, Maine died on November 9, 2000 at his home after a long illness. Mr. Buswell was born on April 16, 1937 in Hillsboro, NH the son of the late Archie and Katherine (McGrath) Buswell. He spend most of his life in Merrimack and the last eight years in North Berwick, Maine. Mr. Buswell worked for Associated Grocers in Manchester for 30 years. He was a US Army Veteran and was called to duty during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a member of the American Legion. Family members include one son; Timothy Buswell of Dover, NH; two daughters, Donna Decato of North Berwick, ME with whom he resided and was his caregiver for the past 8 years and Sharon Buswell of Manchester; five grandchildren; one sister, Gloria Colby of Concord; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Reception will be held on Saturday, November 18th from 1:00 to 2:00 with a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire Chapel (an affiliate of Phaneuf Funeral Home), 243 Hanover Street, Manchester.
