Warren G. Brown

Warren G. Brown, 80, of Swanzey died peacefully at his home on March 13, 2004. Mr. Brown was born on April 17, 1923 in Winchester the son of the late George and Lula (Prentice) Brown. He was a U S Army veteran who served during World War II. Prior to retirement he had worked as a night foreman for Homestead Woolen Mill. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and hunting and fishing in his spare time. Mr. Brown was a member of the West Swanzey #2616 VFW. He leaves behind his sister, Marion Chatterton of Queensbury, NY, nieces and nephews and his companion of many years, Carolyn Snodgrass. A Graveside service will be held in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery in Winchester. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
