Wendy Dawn Ford, age 51 and her son Craig Richard Ford, age 34 went home to be with the Lord together in UTV side by side accident On Saturday, June 5, 2021, in Auburn, NH.
Wendy was born on June 6, 1969, in Manchester, NH. She resided most of her life in Auburn, NH. She did professional house cleaning. Wendy was a determined person who could do anything she put her mind to. She was a lover of life who enjoyed being around family and friends. Some of her interests were crafting and braiding with hemp, sewing, spending time with the family at the Pittsburg camp and family time at the beach. One of her biggest passions was singing and dancing and she loved to help and guide and work with her autistic grandson.
Wendy was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, George Sherwood of Manchester, her maternal grandmother Lilly Sherwood of Manchester, her paternal grandfather Fred Smith of Lancaster, her paternal grandmother Marion Smith of Lancaster, her father Kenneth F. Smith of Auburn and her sister, Jodi Emery of Auburn.
Wendy is survived by her mother Nancy Smith of Auburn, her brother Michael McEvoy, of Derry, her son Dylan Lafond of Manchester, her grandson Cameron Ford of Auburn, two nieces, Jennifer Olson of Salem and Allison O'Grady and husband Eddie of Auburn, two nephews, Matthew Emery and wife Roquemar of Auburn and Mark Emery and wife (Shelby) of Hooksett.
Craig Richard Ford was born on May 1, 1987, in Manchester, NH. He resided most of his life in Auburn, NH. Craig started out as a teenager working at Manchester Harley Davidson as a scrubby, then apprenticed as a fire sprinkler installer at Tri-State Sprinkler, a car mechanic, then a carpet installer. More recently Craig started his own flooring business, Ford Flooring and Remodeling. Craig was a hard worker who provided for his family. He loved spending time kayaking, at the beach, camping, playing video games with the family, he loved hanging out with his friends and helping people in general but especially people in recovery. He loved his church family, at Tower Hill Church. Craig was adrenaline junkie at heart whose passion was driving his "Razor", working and customizing his vehicles. Craig loved living life "on the edge".
Craig was predeceased by his grandfather, Kenneth F. Smith of Auburn, his aunt Jodi Emery of Auburn and his aunt Maureen McEvoy of Derry.
Craig is survived by his wife Sara of Auburn, his four children, Leanna, Adam and Cameron of Auburn and Alexia Parmeter of Hooksett, three brothers, Dylan Lafond of Manchester, Matthew Liska and Ryan Liska and one sister, Nicole Ford, his father, Scott Ford and wife (Alicia) of Manchester, grandmother Nancy Smith of Auburn, his grandparents, Rocky and Sheryl Ford of Londonderry and his uncle Michael McEvoy, of Derry. Craig is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews that he loved spending time with.
Services: All are welcome to attend a memorial service for both Wendy and Craig on Sunday June 13, 2021, at 4pm at the Tower Hill Church, 45 Myles Dr, Auburn, NH.
