Wilbur ''Skip'' L. Richardson, 89, of 325 Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, formerly of Henniker, died on April 1, 2002 at Merrimack County Nursing Home after a brief illness. Skip was born on September 6, 1912 in Henniker, NH. He resided in Henniker for most of his life and attended local schools. He was the son of the late Mamie Townes. He was a US Army Veteran who served in Europe during World War II. Mr. Richardson was employed by the Contoocook Valley Paper Company for approximately forty years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed spending time in his garden. Family members include; his wife of 51 years, Isabelle (Bowen) Richardson of Boscawen; one son, Dana L. Richardson of Henniker; two daughters both of Henniker, Lynn A. Richardson and Julie B. Costello; and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Kevin C. Richardson. There will be a graveside service on Friday, April 5th at 2:00 PM at the Henniker Cemetery.
