Pittsfield - William J. Belliveau, M.D., 77, of Tilton Hill Rd., died July 21,2002 at Concord Regional VNA Hospice House after a lengthy illness. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 31, 1924, he was the son of William J. and Mabel ( Rose ) Belliveau and grew up in New Jersey. He was a WWII veteran and received his medical license while serving in the Army in Indiana. He was later transferred to the San Francisco area where he practiced at Letterman General Hospital. Following WWII he returned home to New Jersey and opened his own practice. He retired from medicine in 1975. Family members include his wife of 15 years, Paula M. Belliveau and his beloved dog B.J., three daughters, Carol Belliveau, Marilee Ackerman, and Beverly Picciuto, four sons, James Belliveau, Robert Belliveau, Michael Belliveau, and Richard Belliveau, 19 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers, Fred Belliveau, Donald Belliveau, Robert Belliveau, Roy Belliveau, and Kenneth Belliveau, nieces and nephews. Services - There are no calling hours. A memorial service is Saturday, July 27th at 10:00am at the First Congregational Church of Pittsfield, 24 Main St., Pittsfield, NH. The Rev. Charles M. Paige-Morgan, minister, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, 240 Pleasant St. Concord, NH 03301.
