William "Billy" John Lema, 31, passed away March 7th, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. He was born on May 10th, 1989 in Providence, RI. He moved from his hometown of Bristol, RI to Manchester, NH in 2008.
Billy is survived by his parents Christina Oliveira Trepanier (husband Mark), and Roger Lema (wife Jane), as well as his siblings Stacy Dodge (husband Nicholas), Stacy Hofstetter (husband Jason), and David Hassell (partner Kerri Pattie). He is predeceased by his grandparents John Oliveira (wife Alda, living), Roger and Frances Lema. He is also survived by his seven nieces and nephews, Nathan, Christopher, Morghan, Aurora, Katelyn, Aaliyah, and Landon.
He was an employee of Rite-Aid as a Loss Prevention Officer. His passions included computers, gaming, and music. He also adored his beloved beagle, Monty.
Billy touched many people throughout his life. He was known for his sense of humor, kindness, and endless ability to make everyone smile.
Visitation will be open 10:00am to 12:00pm, Saturday March 13th, 2021 at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, in Manchester, NH. A blessing will begin at 12:00pm followed by a reception at a nearby restaurant. Family and friends are invited to attend. Social distancing will be observed.
In remembrance of Billy's life, the family asks that in lieu of flowers any charitable donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
