William G. Luscher

William G. Luscher - Concord, New Hampshire Age 86, of Concord, died July 4, 2005. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army during the Normandy Invasion of World War II, he receiving the Purple Heart for wounds sustained in battle. Mr. Luscher graduated from Gonazaga University law school in Spokane, Washington. He was a Superior Court judge in the state of Washington, and was also a member of the Spokane School Board. Mr. Luscher is survived by his wife, Lucille A. Luscher, of Concord, NH, to whom he was married for 67 years; his daughter, Diane Caldwell, Mansfield, MA; his granddaughters, Lisa Cochrane of Louden, NH and Karen Kaba of Brighton, MA; and two great granddaughters. He will be interred at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
