William McNerney

In Loving Memory of William James “Bill” McNerney, passed away on October 25, 2023, succumbing to a long illness in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on April 29, 1952, in Springfield, MA, he is the son of the late Cornelius James McNerney and Elaine McNerney (née Keyes).

Bill was an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed gardening and sharing his harvest with the community. He was a lifelong skier and instilled this love in his children and grandchildren. Bill also greatly enjoyed deep sea fishing with family and friends.

Bill is predeceased by both of his parents. He is survived by his wife, Karen McNerney; three children, Kacey Marsh, Cornelius ‘CJ’ James McNerney and fiancée Melissa Grey, Erin Shedd and husband Brad Shedd; Lillian ‘Annie’ Crowley; eight grandchildren, Jonathan McNerney, Shaina Carmichael, Skylar Grey, Tyler Tetrault, Breton Marsh, Makayla McNerney, Grace Redding, and Acadia McNerney; three sisters Susan McNerney, Lynn Morin and Jani McNerney; Kudo the Dog; and an extended family of great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and in-laws.
