It is with great sadness that William D. Myers 90, formerly of Goffstown, NH passed away on August 12, 2026 at The Arbors of Bedford after weeks of failing health.
William was married to his beloved wife June E. (Fletcher) for 69 years. They made their home on the land he loved on Goffstown Back Road where they raised 2 children, Cheryl Myers Archambault and Steven Myers. Bill also known as Don, Bill-Don , Great Buppa, Grandpa or “Myers” tenderly cared for every blade of grass, tree, shrub and plant on his property. He grew delicious vegetables at Weona Farm that he shared with everyone he knew. He loved traveling with his children and friends to so many places including Hawaii, Canada, the Caribbean and across the United States. He was pre-deceased by his parents William and Irene Myers, his sister Elizabeth Dionne and his brother Eugene Myers and his Grandmother Gertrude Myers who was the driving force in his life.
Mr. Myers is survived by his children Cheryl and Steven and their spouses Duane and Bette, 4 grandchildren Erica (Eric) Rowell, Carrie (Jason) Winn, Evan (Samantha) Myers and Heather (Jay) Merrill and great grandchildren Connor, Skyler, Eryka, Logan, Natalie and Nathan and his treasured sisters Natalie and Virginia Myers and his sister in law Patricia Fletcher Hill and Arlene Fletcher. He also leaves behind his bonus family of Kristen Babicki (Erdal Melet) and their son, Gavin Kava and Brian Babicki.
He was a 1954 graduate of Bishop Bradley High School, Manchester , a member of the NH National Guard and worked in manufacturing, sales; as a milkman for HP Hoods and retired in 1988 as a Sargent of Security with Kollsman in Merrimack, NH.
Mr. Myers will be fondly remembered for his storytelling, welcoming personality, hardworking ethic, being a diehard Patriots fan and the love he had for his family.
A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH with services taking place from 11:00am to 12:00pm. A cemetery committal will follow services at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester, NH.
