William "Bill" Scott, 58, of Bow died May 6, 2008 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born on March 30, 1950 in Hanover, NH the son of Glyda (Brown) Scott of Bow and the late Reginald R. Scott. He was raised and educated in Bow and Concord. He graduated from Norwich University in Vermont. Bill worked as an engineer. He retired from his own business Scott Engineering in Burlington, VT. Bill was a member of the Vermont Professional Engineering Society. He was an Eagle Scout. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing and sailing. He was the captain of his boat the Wave Dancer, which he sailed along the east coast on many occasions. Besides his mother, he is survived by his sister, Deborah Buyer of Concord, nephews, Jonathan Buyer and Christopher Buyer and several cousins. There are no services.
