William Stephen Waters (Steve) passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026, after a long illness. He lived a full life with many friends and family members who loved him. His family wishes to thank the medical professionals, aides, friends, and family members who provided care during his illness. He is survived by his wife Deborah Waters and many in-laws, cousins, and relatives. Funeral services will be held privately.
