Yvonne T. Williams

Yvonne T. Williams (95) passed away on Wednesday, September 15th, 2021 at Concord Hospital, Concord, NH. Yvonne was born July 11, 1926 in Pascoag, RI to Adeus Aubin and Thelma (Myers) Aubin. She is predeceased by her husband Edward A. Williams (1988) and four siblings, Jeanne (Aubin) Brissette, David Aubin, Arthur Aubin, and Pauline(Aubin) Wennmacher. She trained as a nurse during WW2 in the Rhode Island Hospital Nurses Cadet Program and later worked for 20 years at Zambarano Hospital in Burrillville, RI as a registered nurse.

She married her husband Eddie April 3, 1948 and they lived many years in Pascoag where they raised their family of four children. Yvonne was a stay-at -home mom for 15 years while the children were small. Returning to her nursing career in 1965. She loved cooking for her family while also enjoying reading, gardening and many crafts. Her greatest happiness came from family visits and reunions and was good about gathering people together. She cared for her mother in law, her husband, and her mother in turn as they became ill. After the death of her husband in 1988, Yvonne moved north and bought a home in Hillsboro, NH. to be near her sister Jeanne and her daughter Deb. She later moved in with her daughter Debbie and son-in-law Jim in 2014 before transitioning to living at Presidential Oaks, Concord, NH in 2019.

Family members include four children: Deb Carpenter, John and Deb (Zasky) Williams, Steve and Deb (Zonfrillo) Williams and Martha Espinoza and 11 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren. Services will be private.
