Mitchell, 81, of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, passed away Saturday morning, May 17, 2025, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, after a tragic motor vehicle accident which occurred on April 28, 2025. Jim was born in Lyndon, Vermont, on May 10, 1944, the son of Leonard and Dorothy (Davis) Mitchell.
